It is with deep regret to inform you that the Cold Duck Cruise 2024 has been cancelled. Key requirements were not satisfied by the travel agent in a timely manner, which has resulted in the decision to make this cancellation. This decision was driven by the fact that the travel agent had not secured cabins for the band and the ship is sold out. There is very little likelihood that band cabins could be obtained in time for cruise. The Cold Duck Cruise would not be satisfactory without Cold Duck itself.

We are concerned with Carnival's penalties for cancellation. This Friday, 8/30/24, the cancellation penalty fee grows to 75%. Unfortunately, we do not have access to any group booking info with Carnival. Access is only allowed by the travel agent on the booking.

If you want to cancel entirely and obtain a refund/onboard credit, please email Debbie Moore ASAP at debbie@cruzntours.com and inform her of your decision to cancel. She will need to cancel your booking by Friday, 8/30/24!

Those of you who would like to continue to cruise without the band, if your cabin is paid in full you will not lose your cabin. If you have a deposit and would like to pay in full, please contact Debbie to get that processed.

We thank those of you that have already paid you $50/person Entertainment fee. Please submit an email to Jeff Way at coldduck.prod@gmail.com requesting a refund and the desired method of payment (check or Zelle). Please include your full contact information: Name, address, phone and email address. If you are making a Zelle refund request, be sure to include the phone number or email address associated with your Zelle account so that you can be added as a recipient. If you made a payment for a couple or a group, the refund will be made to the person that submitted that payment.
